burgler alarm system
My bad, but for the first time since installation I decided to test it today, walked in and tripped the door and motion detector, let it go into alarm and went and waited for the call. and waited,. and waited. NO CALL from monitoring. I called Comcast, was told a bunch of lies about an alarm not being allowed to ring long enough etc. It must be a central monitoring problem, etc.
